Lawn Doctor of Parma-Middleburg Heights is owned and operated by Jim and Aimee Coia, and Brian Foster.
All three are lifelong area residents and are passionate, active members of the community including supporting some of the following organizations: Akron Children’s Hospital, Stow Youth Baseball, and The City Mission.
Jim and Brian met as co-workers and developed a friendship that extended to their families. One of their common interests included the dream of owning a business.
After being customers of several other lawn care companies, working with six different lawn care companies over seven years, they felt there was a big need in the area for authentic customer care and customized programs in the sea of national giants.
Since Jim’s father had owned a local lawn care business and Brian worked in landscaping during his school years, Lawn Doctor was a natural fit.
Their goal remains to provide detail-oriented service with meaningful feedback to customers. The biggest difference-maker in their approach to lawn care remains attention to individual conditions and follow-through. Creating a relationship with customers and reliable responsiveness is their calling card.
