Ryan Anderson has lived in the Fargo-Moorehead area his entire life. Sam, his wife is from a small town around 40 miles north of Detroit Lakes. She has lived in the area for the last twelve years. They are now the proud owners of Lawn Doctor of Fargo-Moorhead-Detroit Lakes.
Ryan and Sam Anderson have been married for four years and have a three-month-old daughter. They also have two dogs, Harvey a dachshund and Marshall a corgi. Ryan is a jack-of-all-trades who has a degree in diesel technology and work experience as a shop and equipment manager, safety coordinator, agriculture and construction GPS technology technician and in sales, and as a diesel mechanic. Sam has worked as a nurse in hospice, psychiatry, oncology, and long-term care.
There were several factors that motivated the Anderson’s to start their own business. They want to provide a positive work environment for themselves and future employees, as well as provide a legacy for their family. “Getting grass to grow in Minnesota/North Dakota can be hard. It is exciting that we will be able to help customers get the lawn they desire.”
