Additional Popular Services
Soil Enrichment – This is a program of either one or two applications of an all-natural product which enhances the soil to allow more nutrient update of the grass plants in the soil. It also can act as a natural form of aeration by increasing microbial activity. Applications are done in Spring, Fall or Both.
Mole Repellant – Moles are tough to control but this repellant is applied as a program 3x a year to discourage the activity of moles in the lawn area. A moles main diet is earthworms so often we can not get rid of their food source, so our options is only to make them move to another location.
POW Seeding & Drop Seeding – POW! aeration and seeding uses a multi pass aeration and drop seeding method that gets seed directly down into the plug holes to ensure seed to soil contact creating a high germination rate over overseeding alone. The difference is also in the seed! We only use premium seed varieties and cultivars to reduce instance of disease while having increased drought and heat tolerance.
Aeration and overseeding – Aeration will plug holes in the ground allowing air and water to move better through the soil and overseeding into those openings will help thicken turf for years to come.
Aeration – Aeration alone will be beneficial to the lawn to reduce thatch and increase microbial activity allowing water and air to penetrate the soil.
